Wait Upon The Lord

In our everyday lives, we probably spend more than 70% of our time waiting on something or someone. Waiting is ingrained in most of our routine activities. We wait in traffic and in line at the store, the bank, the airport, and in restaurants. Regardless of how long it takes, we usually wait in those instances because we feel it's necessary to get the things we want. Although we may be accustomed to having to wait for these things, we usually dread having to actually do it, you set your mind and wait. However, when it comes to an answer from God, or waiting for God to move in your behalf, it's the waiting itself that bothers us, and the uncertainty about the length of the wait.

Through our trials and temptations, so often we just simply want to give up and say, "God what am I doing here?" I write this booklet to myself as well as to you. When the going gets tough, it is so easy to quit. So often, life doesn't make sense, and there doesn't seem to be any reason for living. I hope this booklet will show you how to keep plowing through troubled times.
